Boil buffalo tenderloin until water is muddy and meat can't be seen. Add in marinade spice blend, continue to cook until water reduces and meat is tender. Remove from heat, strain. Set aside to cool.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add in balado spice blend and sauté until the spice aroma is released.
Add in fried meat, mix well. Add in salt to taste.
Once meat turns brownish, remove. Place on a serving plate, serve.
