Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 3 Thai (green) eggplant
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 limau or sambal fruit
Spice Paste
- 3 red curly chilies
- 2 bird's eye chilie
- 1 garlic
- 4 shallot
- 1 thumb-size lesser galangal
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt

Steps
- Dice Thai (green) eggplant into 1 cm and cut tomato into 8 parts
- Place on a serving plate
- Stir in spice paste into hot cooking oil, add a dash of limau fruit
