To make the dough rise, you can pin the centre part of the dough with stick. Also make sure to use hot oil to fry the dough, allowing it to rise perfectly.
Melt brown sugar along with the coconut milk and salt. Stir the mixture occasionally until boiling. Remove from the stove. Strain and let it chill.
Drizzle the mixture to the dough while at the same time bring together/ fold the dough until the dough rise.
Put one tablespoon of the dough into a pan of hot oil. Fry the dough and at the same time, drizzling oil to the pan. Do this until the color turn into golden brown
Repeat for the rest of the dough.
