Mi siram dengan rasa gurih dan aroma udang

2 pack (400 gram) round yellow noodle, boiled
10 meat ball, top part slivered across
300 gram minced chicken fillet
3 clove garlic, chopped finely
½ thumb-size ginger, chopped finely
2 tablespoono salty soy sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1½ teaspoon salt
Cooking oil
7½ (1.5 liter) glass chicken broth
4 clove garlic, chopped finely
1 thumbsize ginger, chopped finely
3 tablespoon salty soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
8 slices raw wonton, crispy fried
1 bunch lettuce leaves
1 stem spring onion, sliced
1 stem celery, sliced
Sauté garlic and ginger until their aroma is realised. Add in minced chicken while continue to toss until it changes colour then add salty soy sauce. Taste it before adding salt and white pepper. Mix well and turn off heat. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pot, and sauté garlic and ginger until their aroma is released. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil and add salty soy sauce. Taste before adding in salt and white pepper. Add in meatballs, and boil until the slivered parts are upturned.
Place noodle in a bowl, adding wonton, sautéd chicken then lettuce, spring onion, and celery. Pour soup and serve.
