The ingredients and spices for this recipe are readily available. All you need for cooking this dish are banana leaves, binding cord, and a steamer.
Mix spice paste and minced beef. Add egg and mix well.
Pour in coconut milk and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 parts.
Lay out 6 banana leaves on a flat surface, and place bay leaf and lime leaf on them. Put minced beef mixture onto the banana leaves and insert bird’s eye chili into meat. Fold banana leaves and fasten with a bamboo skewer.
