Homemade kopyor: Add jelly and sugar into a sauce pan, pour in coconut milk and milk then bring to a boil on low heat while continuouly stirring it until it thickens. Prepare a bowl filled with ice cubes, pour jelly slowly onto ice cubes until they form kopyor-like texture.
Prepare serving glasses, fill each with homemade kopyor, and add ice cubes. Add in peach and blueberry, pour passion fruit syrup to taste.
Add any topping you like.
Iced kopyor fruit mix in passion fruit is ready to serve.
