Steps
Marinate average catfish with lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Fried catfish until cooked yellow-brown and dry. Drain.
Sambal: Peel the outer skin kecombrang interest to the white part. Cut medium. Boil until tender. Drain. Finely grind kecombrang flowers together all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
