Firm yellow noodle in shrimp broth cooked in rich spices
If the dough is crumbly, keep mixing until it is smooth and soft. If necessary, add water, but be careful to not add too much as this will make the dough lumpy and sticky.
*) Water spinach: 1 cup spinach leaves , blender with 3 tablespoons of water until smooth, strain it through cheesecloth.
When kneading dough if it is still in the form of crumbs, continue to knead until the dough is smooth (fused) If you add water, the result will terlalun lembik and difficult to printed mi (sticky)
