Steps

  1. Heat pan with on medium heat, pour cooking oil. Fry stink bean until dry and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Using same oil, fry garlic until golden yellow. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Again with same oil, fry shallots until golden yellow, remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Still using same oil, fry red curly and bird’s eye chilies on low heat, and cover. Fry until chilies are crispy, remove from heat.
  5. Mix everything in, add salt, sugar and coconut sugar. Serve with warm rice.

TIPS

Pick aged garlic with slightly pinkish tone. More chilies can be added to taste.
