100 gram penne-shape pasta, cooked to al dente (8 minutes) and set aside
100 gram chicken breast fillet, diced and half-cooked
5 fish ball, sliced and half-cooked
2 eggs, whisked
1 handful straw mushroom
½ onion, sliced finely
3 cloves garlic, sliced finely
3 spring onion, sliced finely
1 tomato, diced
Salt
Sliced finely

My kid loves egg, especially if made as omelette or as sunny side up. For variation, I made pasta omelette with penne-shape pasta because it looks like his lego.
Steps
Sauté onion then garlic until fragrant.
Add in chicken and fish ball, continue to sauté a little while. Add in mushroom, sauté until tender. Add salt.
Add in egg, then tomato and spring onion on top. Cook further for a little longer.
Add in penne. Fold into omelette so it forms half a circle. Continue to cook to a golden surface. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve while warm.
