Penne filled with spicy finely minced meat

200 gram penne, cook until al dente
150 gram lettuce, chopped roughly
1 small pineapple, diced
2 cucumber, halved, seeds removed then sliced across thinly
½ purple or white cabbage, sliced thinly
1 onion, sliced across thinly
2 boiled egg, take the white part and sliced thinly
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lime, cut into four
150 gram peanut butter
100 gram mayonnaise
2 egg yolks
5 tablespoon chili sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ glass (100 ml) warm water
2 teaspoon vinegar or to taste
2 teaspoon sesame oil if preferred
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
