You can use other fruit for variation such as young mango and apple guava.
Steps
Wash all of the fruits and drain. Cut them according to your liking.
Peanut Sauce: Grind finely the ingredients. Add the palm sugar and fried peanuts. Grind roughly then add diced pineapples and tamarind juice. Sample to taste and set aside.
Salt Condiment: Grind the salt and chilies together, set aside.
Serve the fruits with peanut sauce or salt condiment.
