Spice Paste

  • 12 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 thumb-size galangals
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste

Steps

  1. Deep-fry tempeh in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove. Strain and set aside.
