Steps
Satay: clean chicken, set aside, and cut into small cubes. Mix well sweet soy sauce, lime juice, melted margarine, and grinded spices. Coat evenly the chicken and let it rest for 30mins.
Put 4-5 chicken cubes into each skewer. Roast on ember until done/cooked.
Satay sauce: grind red chili and tomato. Cook grinded chili and tomato. Add water, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, margarine, shrimp paste, ground pepper, and salt. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove
Serve satay with sauce.
