2 handfuls of grated coconut older half lengthwise
1 tablespoon sugar
One of the traditional snacks that make me miss. The color is so attractive, chewy texture, sweet and savory with additional grated coconut.
Mix starch with vanilla powder.
Boil ½ cup of boiled water. Dilute approximately ¼ of tapioca flour with the remaining portion of water that has been boiled, enter into the rest of the water is boiling, while stirring constantly until thick. Pour the batter into the rest of tapioca flour, stir with a wooden spoon. Knead with hands until dough is smooth.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, 2 parts each colored red and green, the other parts remain white. Round the dough the size of marbles. Set aside.
Boil 1 liter of water to boil dough. Enter the balls of dough into the boiling water. After the dough floats, remove and drain. Set aside to cool.
Roll the balls in the above mixture of grated coconut. Puncture with puncture satai with color composition according to taste. Serve.
