Steps
Boil mung bean until tender. Add in ginger and sugar. Cook until sugar is dissolved, ginger aroma is fragrant, and water is reduced. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bring water to a boil along with coconut sugar and ginger. Boil until ginger aroma is fragrant and coconut sugar is dissolved. Strain.
Place in a big mug or bowl, 2 tablespoon biji delima, 1 tablespoon mung bean, a little bread, and a little peanut. Pour warm ginger water. Serve while hot.
