This beef steak a la Java is a tasty twist on the popular usually grilled meat dish, which includes the addition of sweet soy sauce.
Marinate meat with spices. Give soy sauce, and stir until well blended. Let stand for a while.
Stir-fry until fragrant and the meat changes color. Pour hot water. Give tomatoes. Season sugar. Simmer over low heat. If the sauce has thickened, remove from heat. Lift. Set aside.
Sauce Mayonnaise: Heat margarine, put the flour, stir until well blended. Pour a little water, stirring until smooth. Add mustard, stirring until smooth. Enter a hard-boiled egg yolks and stir well. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
Presentation: Mix ingredients selad with mayonnaise sauce. Serve steaks with a mixture of potato chips selad shared together.
