Coconut Sauce

  • 2½ glass coconut milk
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour, dissolved in ½ glass of water

Steps

  1. Place cassava in a pot, pour water until the cassava is well covered, and add some salt. Boil until tender. Remove from heat, strain and place on a flat serving plate.
  2. On a separate place, prepare a sauce pan. Pour coconut milk and add sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring it occasionally so that coconut oil does not separate from the milk. 
  3. Add in corn flour, stir until liquid thickens and is reduced to a sauce. Turn off heat and remove.
  4. Pour sauce on the cassava, and sprinkle some roasted sesame on top.
