Steps

  1. Add in chicken feet to hot boiling water, add in salt and simmer on low heat for an hour. Separate chicken feet from stock. Strain stock.
  2. Sauté spice paste until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in chicken feet back to the stock and cook with potatoes and carrots along with the sautéd spice. Cook until the potatoes and carrots are slightly tender.
