Add sugar and salt into sifted flour, baking powder and green tea powder. Add in egg and mix with medium speed into a batter. Lower your speed, add fresh milk gradually until batter becomes smooth without any lumps. Turn off mixer. Cover batter to keep it hygienic, and let rest for 1 hour.
Place 24 cm diameter’s pan on an oven with medium heat.
While waiting for the pan to heat, add baking soda to the batter, mix well.
Take out hot pan, and pour batter into it. Place back in oven, and wait for bubbles with tiny holes to surface on the batter. Sprinkle some sugar and cover until martabak is evenly cooked. Check the bottom pan to avoid it becoming burnt.
Remove martabak from pan. Spread margarine evenly on martabak surface, cut 8 slices. Then spread Nutella on quarter side, continuing with, peanut butter, grated cheese and almond slices on the rest of martabak. Pour sweet condensed milk on top, serve warm.
