  1. Mash salted egg yolk with fork, and chop salted egg white into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Heat margarine, and sauté garlic until tender and fragrant. Add in egg yolk, mix well.

  4. Add in fried tofu and sliced spring onion. Cook a little while longer.
