Purple Layer

  • 500 gr purple sweet potato
  • 250 gr honey sweet potato
  • 150 gr sago flour
  • 100 gr rice flour

White Layer

  • 400 ml thick coconut milk
  • 100 gr rice flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sago flour

Steps

  1. Purple Layer: Steam both kinds of sweet potatoes until tender. Remove the skin and mash. Mix in the remaining ingredients evenly. Set aside.
