There are two processes in the making of urap: cooking the vegetables and steaming grated coconut with spice paste. The rest? You just need to stir.
Steps
Bring salted water to boil. Cook each vegetable separately until tender. Remove from water when tender. Set aside separately to cool.
Coconut spices: mix spice paste with grated coconut. Add orange leaves. Steam coconut mixture to infuse with flavors of spices and to soften. Remove from heat. Let cool
Combine vegetables and mix them well with spicy steamed coconut. Serve.
