National Health Day is celebrated 12 November this year is dedicated to the children. But, not only children who need to understand how to live a healthy life. Since we were already grown too often ignore

Entering its 50th year, the National Health Day will be celebrated with a primary focus on the implementation of the School Health Unit (UKS), one of them by organizing activity eye examinations, teeth, and ears, as well as providing eyeglasses to children who are visually impaired. That way, children can learn the importance of health from an early age, so that they can practice until adulthood.

Speaking of health care, I remembered a personal experience. When I was the project officer at the National Film Month 2011 in Kineforum, I was busy with quite a lot of Indonesian film screening event, from classic movies to the movie now. During one month, I could not think of anything else outside of the event, including business lunches. When our program manager, Lisabona Rahman (Lisa) know me and Matthew, my teammates, not lunch, he immediately angry.

"Nah be so, ah. No matter how busy you are, eat that baseball may be skip. Work should, but must remember to eat well," he said at the time.

Immediately I and Matthew immediately went to lunch.

Until now, the words of Ms. Lisa still nancep in my head. No matter how busy, my ritual of eating his best not to ignore, for the sake of physical and mental health and daily activities can continue to operate smoothly.

When heard the news a few friends on campus died, many have commented, "The art worker die quickly". Initially, I did not understand the point.

However, some friends and then told me, that the field workers are often ignorant of healthy lifestyles and working hours often exceed the limits. Meanwhile, our body has a minimum and maximum working hours.

It also happened to me, especially when you're hectic at work. Business meals and breaks into umpteen numbers. Finally, kambuhlah ulcer disease, accompanied by a "bonus" typhoid symptoms. During the whole month I was resting at home. Not working, not a lecture. There are so many left.

After typhoid recovered, the problem still remains my stomach naturally. I do not find a suitable drug and acute gastric disorders often appear. Finally, one day a friend suggested to drink freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice mixed with warm water and honey.

Well, instead of lime and lemon sour? Apparently not. When it enters the body, lime is alkaline, so that the body is already filled with acid from food can be neutralized.

After following the advice of my friends for a few days, my health began to improve. Clearly, I do not want to repeat again heartburn and typhoid. I do not want to neglect maintain healthy self again. It may work, but health is also important. No need to wait every year to celebrate health. Every day we can celebrate by starting a healthy life!
